6 week morning and afternoon sessions Monday afternoon or Wednesday morning.
Use the buoyancy of water to improve your core fitness. A combination of Ai Chi, water dumbbells, water exercises, and bar exercises on the side of the pool. Focus is on deep breathing, range of motion, balance and strengthening your core. Stretching with water will help you to stretch further while working on your balance. Tighten your abs in the water without straining your neck. Water dumbbells and noodles are provided. Your muscles will appreciate the warm water while you exercise to music. Shannon is AEA Aquatic Fitness Professional Certified, Aquatic Arthritis Program Leader Certified and Ai Chi certified. All adult ages and all levels welcome. Come have fun and move in the water with us!
