My predecessor, the late James M. "Jim" Scott, began this tradition nearly 40 years ago and I'm honored to keep it going.

This family-friendly event is a great chance to reconnect with neighbors, meet new friends, and chat with local elected officials in a casual, outdoor setting. We'll share delicious local BBQ, celebrate organized labor, and reflect on the progressive values that unite our community.
