Surf & Splash Winter Academy

Are you ready to dive into some wave-tastic fun? Our Surf and Splash Academy is back for the winter season!This is not just about catching waves; it's all about building strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive environment.

What We're Offering:

- A biweekly program perfect for both beginners and experienced surfers.

- A safe pool setting where at-risk and neurodivergent youth can learn basic surf skills.

- Focus on social-emotional wellness while honing gross motor skills, core strength, balance, physical fitness, and mental resilience.

1. To participate, athletes must first register and pay a $15 per session fee through Eventbrite. Gnome Surf provides full scholarships for this fee to low-income families; contact them directly with documentation to apply.
2. Additionally, athletes need a yearly membership to the Boys & Girls Club. This membership costs $25 for the entire year and is paid directly to the Club, either online or in person.
3. The first session is on Tuesday, January 14th. Arrive by 5:30 PM to complete membership signup. A required tour starts at 6:00 PM, followed immediately by the first pool session. All athletes must complete a tour to participate in event.

Athletes should be at least 5 years old for full membership benefits. Membership includes access to all Club activities and free swim lessons for Gnome athletes on alternating weeks with the splash series.
