Sound Meditation

Experience a journey of Sound with Gongs, Rattles, Rainsticks, Ocean Drum, Singing Bowls and Chimes while lying down or sitting in a chair. Every experience is your own. Allow your mind, body and soul to relax and meditate in these wonderful sounds. Leave with a feeling of being refreshed and ready for your day. All are welcome. $18.00 Walk In
