Monday Night Melt

A Beginner-friendly class, focusing on proper alignment, breath work, grounding and strength thru the postures. Compassionately guided, this class honors the traditional tenets of yoga while keeping it light and joyous. Class is set to room temp.
We have bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets, as well as extra mats. If you have your own, feel free to bring it and water.
