Food Pantry in Memory of Jim Rutkauskas “Big Rut”

September 28th Pantry in memory of Jim Rutkauskas, known to most as “Big Rut” was loved by everyone, young and old. He was recognized as a fun and jolly soul who liked to make everyone laugh. He spent much of his career as a Roofing Foreman and retired after 40 years in Local 33. After retirement, he took to helping his community by volunteering at St. John’s food pantry 3 or 4 days a week. He was both a cook and driver for their program. He adored helping people and giving to those in need. In an effort to keep Jim’s passion for helping those in need alive his friends and family have sponsored the pantry in Big Ruts memory!!!! Hope you’re proud of us keeping your legacy alive and smiling down on us!
