This festive season, join us at Falkland Palace for a magical Christmas Trail throughout our beautiful wintry gardens! With frosty paths, sparkling snowflakes and the scent of crisp winter air, it's a perfect family day out - and even your four legged friends are welcome (dogs allowed in the gardens on leads)

As you wander through our wintry royal grounds, keep your eyes peeled for Santa's lost letters!

Oh deer! The North Pole postal elves were delivering Santa's mail when a sudden gust of winter wind scattered the children's letters all across the Palace Gardens. Can you help find them before Christmas Eve?

When you arrive at the Gatehouse, there are two trails to choose from:

☃️The Little Lost Letters Hunt – ages 0-3

☃️Santa's Mail Mystery Trail – ages 4+

Each trail costs £6.50 per child and includes a magical Christmas prize at the end! Adults cost £1 each and there are no extra costs for admission into the gardens. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Please note access inside the Palace will not be avaliable on trail days.

We are open from 10am- 4pm, with last admission into the trails/garden at 3:15pm, so please arrive at whatever time suits you.

🎁Event Details:

• Entirely outdoors – wrap up warm in your cosiest Christmas jumper!
• Trails run on Friday 12th December, Saturday 13th December, Sunday 14th December, Friday 19th December, Saturday 20th December & Sunday 21st December 2025.
• Open from 10am- 4pm, with last admission into the trails/garden at 3:15pm
• Tickets valid for the specific date purchased.
• All tickets must be pre-booked in advance.
