Quiet Your Inner Critic Workshop

Your inner critic voice is that persistent, often harsh voice in your head that constantly assesses your actions, thoughts, and decisions. It often magnifies your perceived flaws and mistakes, feeding into self-doubt and insecurity. The goal isn't to silence it completely, but to challenge its validity and learn to navigate its influence with compassion and resilience.

In this workshop, you will identify and characterize your Inner Critic plus learn tools and tips to quiet your Inner Critic when they’re too loud and getting in your way. Inner Mentor guided meditation and some in depth activities will also be included. This workshop is based on Tara Mohr’s Playing Big work.
