Yoga Retreat- Full Session: Healing Power of Yoga

A single day retreat offers four workshops and two experiential yoga sessions- Hatha and Restorative!
Participants will learn healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through practicing the 8 limbs of yoga!
