Patrick grew up on a farm five miles west of Dunnell and now resides in Mankato. However, he enjoys spending his summers at the Flying Goose Campground with his wife, Connie.
Patrick plays a wide variety of musical genres, including Rock 'n' Roll, Country, Gospel, Folk, and the standards of artists like Perry Como, Frank Sinatra, and Doris Day. His rock influences include Elvis, Buddy Holly, the Everly Brothers, Roger Miller, Roy Orbison, The Drifters, The Beatles, Neil Diamond, John Denver, and the Eagles. In Country music, he draws inspiration from Hank Williams Sr., Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Charlie Pride, Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, as well as contemporary artists like Alabama, Toby Keith, George Strait, Brooks & Dunn, and Alan Jackson.
He enjoys playing all the hits—songs that you'll remember but don’t hear anymore—as well as deeper cuts. He happily accepts song requests, and if he knows the song, he'll play it.
This is a free concert. Feel free to bring a sack lunch if you wish. Coffee and refreshments will be available.
