FREE & OPEN TO STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, & COMMUNITY: Presidential Speaker Series with Dr. Charles Welch

Fairmont State University will host the next installment of its Presidential Speaker Series, featuring Dr. Charles Welch, President of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU). Dr. Welch will present The Future of Regional Public Universities, offering insight into the challenges and opportunities facing higher education and the important role regional institutions play in supporting communities. The event will take place on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Falcon Center Conference Rooms. This presentation is free and open to students, employees, and the community, and all are encouraged to attend.
