For too long, young women have entered menstruation without the honouring, rite of passage, and celebration they deserve. Instead of being welcomed into womanhood with reverence, we were taught to hide, to be ashamed and to feel 'dirty', not truly connecting to our womb space. In turn, this disconnect from our body brought us further away from our authentic selves and deeper into a sense of shame around something so beautiful and natural.
The Seeding Ritual offers a sacred space to return, remember and reframe. Together we journey back to that pivotal time to meet the inner maiden within: the girl who was confused, unseen, silenced.
