Ebbs and Flows & Alchemize with Sunshine bring you a powerful and dynamic event like no other. Combining two breathwork modalities with the intention of empowering you to meet the edge of your comfort zone, expanding what is known and bridging the gap between where you are now and your highest potential- The version of you that is fully embodied, leading from the heart and expressing your truth in the world.
This four-part series will empower you to delve deeper into the depths of your inner body, explore what’s ready to shift, and soften into presence. Come to one or join them all—each session stands alone, but together they deepen the experience. This journey takes place on:

There are 3 key components to this event that will allow you to transcend limitations:
First, the powerful Cacao Ceremony, working with and calling in the four directions as the sacred medicine of cacao creates the perfect foundation to allow for opening and softening.
Secondly, two Conscious Connected Breathwork styles to flow between, giving you the freedom to feel into and explore what it is that you need (for an explanation of both styles, please see below).
Lastly, a Heated Breathwork- to further increase the tension within your experience, the studio space will be heated. Think of it like a rubber band being pulled backwards; under more tension, you will propel further forward. Through exposure to heat, you fine-tune your awareness of bodily sensations and deepen your mind-body connection. This creates a playground to drop into your nervous system, let the breath guide you to areas of tightness or rigidity, and release them. Discomfort is where growth happens—by consciously stepping into it, we emerge more resilient, whole, and self-aware.
