Eileen Cary is a yoga teacher and Usui Reiki Master with a deep passion for healing through movement and energy. She discovered yoga in 1998 as a way to manage anxiety, and it quickly became a daily source of calm and connection. Eileen earned her Reiki Attunement in 2014 and her RYT-200 in 2019, with additional certifications in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Her gentle, grounding classes often include Reiki to support the nervous system and promote energetic balance. Eileen’s classes meet you where you are—no flexibility required.
