Hands on Bread Making Class: Milled Wheat

Have the "know how" when it comes to making homemade Milled Wheat bread.

Note: Students will take home the dough you begin in class, and the flour you mill. You will also receive a small workbook to take home, and a bag of fresh flour as well.
