Winter Solstice Sunset Stroll

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Sunset Stroll at West Island Town Beach. As we walk along the shoreline, we’ll pause for gentle mindfulness practices that connect us to the the sights, sounds, and textures of the beach, and set intentions for the season ahead. These moments will be led by our yoga and mediation instructor, Carly Baumann.

Meet us at the watchtower for check-in (3:00–3:10pm).

Bring friends, snap some photos, and soak in the beauty of the longest night with a touch of adventure!
