Beginner Qigong

Such a wonderful practice with all new students last evening :)
We are already planning ahead for a very special Valentine’s Day practice! Also, I will be leading our practice each Wednesday evening in March at 5pm.
Qigong is for everyone :)
Each person has a sacred space (chair) which many of our movements can be practiced in a sitting position.
