Journey through six stations of Italian-style tapas with family and friends. Each station will feature a different regional wine, a food pairing, and a wine expert to tell the story behind the bottle.

Baccalà Mantecato

Salt-cured cod, whipped to a silky mousse and layered with airy potato, served atop crisp toasted focaccia

Sformato di Parmigiano

A delicate, savory Parmigiano-Reggiano flan accompanied by a porcini and English pea salad

Paired with Boffa Roero Arneis DOCG

Gnocchi con Gorgonzola e Pesto di Noci

Pillowy potato gnocchi tossed in creamy Gorgonzola, finished with rustic walnut pesto

Paired with Borgogno Langhe Rosso 'No Name'

Tortellini in Brodo

Hand-folded pork tortellini served in a rich, slow-simmered chicken and parmesan broth

Paired with Poggio Anima Sangiovese 'Belial'

Braised Veal Short Rib

Tender veal short rib slow-braised with baby fennel, terragon, and anise

Paired with Demarie Roero Riserva

Sorbetto di Limone

House-made lemon sorbet, elegantly served in a frozen lemon shell

Paired with Cantina del Garda Prosecco Rosé
