November is often a time when the pace of life ramps up as we finish the year, engage in festive activities, and prepare for a fresh start in the coming year.

In this workshop, we will guide you in connecting with the Silence inside through some simple, accessible steps, along with journaling exercises and meditation practices. This will be an incredibly powerful resource when things get overwhelming. 

Treat yourself to a bit of nurturing time out. Please bring a notebook and pen.📙🖊️
