In this 75-min class, students will learn a sequence on the bottom third and base of the pole. There will be opportunities to apply the sequence to various music, experimenting with different musicality, & incorporating it into the student's own movement language. BRING SOCKS. About the Instructor:
Asia Q (they/them) is a traveling pole performer and instructor based in Brooklyn, NY. They have been pole dancing for six years and have an athletic background spanning over two decades. They’re certified in Xpert Level 1 & 2, 3 & 4, and CPR. They teach weekly classes in Brooklyn and have hosted workshops across the country and abroad. They specialize in aerial spin pole and their style is described as fluid, tender, and intentional.

Note: minimum of four students to run the class. If minimums aren't reached three hours before class, we will cancel.
