Julie Foldesi is a Broadway actress, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose career bridges the worlds of theater, film, and music. Onstage, she’s appeared in acclaimed productions including the 2017 revival of Sunday in the Park with George, Disney’s Newsies, Lincoln Center’s South Pacific, Little Women, and The Full Monty. Beyond Broadway, her work spans new musicals (Little Orphan Danny, Pump Boys and Dinettes, Run Bambi, Run), award-winning songwriting, and original folk/Americana albums (This Part of Town, My Plans).
Her music has been featured in the cult-favorite web series Submissions Only and the Hallmark film In the Key of Love, which she co-created and scored. Most recently, she co-wrote @2MotherPluckers!, a two-woman guitar-driven musical about motherhood. Originally from Raleigh, NC, and classically trained in opera at UNC-Chapel Hill, Julie continues to weave together a singular career as a performer and storyteller — always with authenticity, heart, and a guitar in hand.
Dan Carlucci is a Connecticut native whose musical journey began in Stamford and has taken him across New England stages since his teenage years. A co-founder of the acclaimed band String Fingers with longtime collaborator Dan Tressler, Carlucci has performed at major festivals like Gathering of the Vibes and Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, sharing bills with icons including Pete Seeger, Bill Frisell, Darrell Scott, and Sierra Hull. In 2016, he released his first solo album, Rebirth, showcasing his heartfelt songwriting and instrumental prowess. Today, Carlucci leads the Americana/roots outfit Hitch & The Giddyup, with three albums already under their belt and a new release on the way. Blending bluegrass tradition with fresh, original energy, Carlucci continues to carve out a voice that’s as authentic as it is enduring.
