"Too many times do sacred spaces ask us to “leave our troubles at the door.” This thinking disassociates us from the most tender parts of our being that need the most love and care.
Tonight, It is safe to bring all of you.
Bring yourself, exactly as you are, into a multi-genre, guitar heavy evening that invigorates the fullness of your being. A shift away from the typical drum & bass vibe of Wednesday evenings, tonight is an invitation to explore the parts of you that are yearning to be included, explored, and embraced.
There will be soft lighting, no spinny disco lights"

We encourage everyone to bring flow toys like hula hoops, poi, glow in the dark sticks, or any other dance - flow toys!
This is a donation based event - donations contribute towards maintenance of the space, equipment and community. We're asking for donations based on the value perceived, your desire to support this community, and your ability to contribute.
Suggested Donation:
$3-5 for students,
$5-10 for general public.
The event will follow the general guidelines of Ecstatic Dance. This is a drug and alcohol free space, and please keep conversation on the dancefloor to a minimum.
You can come alone, or bring a friend, partner, lover.
Children of all ages welcome.
No experience necessary.
Bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle and an open mind and heart 🙏❤️
