Coyote Hunt - Feb 20th, 2026
-Hunt will begin at 6pm on Friday Feb 20th after rules are read via FACEBOOK Live and will end at 10am Sat Feb 21st.
- 3 man teams MUST HUNT TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES. Must be same team members from start to finish.
- Cost: $150 per team 90% to winning team (over 10 teams and we will do 1st and 2nd (70/30 split)
- $25 side pot (largest) 90% to winner
- $25 side pot (smallest) 90% to winner
10% will go the hosting shop.
Video check-ins after each K*ll required with shake test and specific requirements to be given the day of the hunt. Strict rules will be in place to ensure the authenticity of a fresh K*ll. Those guidelines and rules must be met ZIPTIES REQUIRED with special instructions given during LIVE instructions.
EACH COYOTE HARVESTED MUST BE VIDEOED AND EACH TEAM MEMBERS FACE MUST APPEAR IN EACH VIDEO.
Coyotes ONLY!!! No trapped or snared animals, no road kills, no running with dogs, no window shooting, no pen raised Coyotes. Harvests will be inspected. No team combining/pooling deals. Call em in and shoot them ONLY!! MUST COMPLY WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING COYOTE HUNTING!! All animals must be taken by legal means…If it becomes known that coyotes were taken illegally your team will be disqualified.
Final check in will be in person on Feb 21st at 10am. You do not have to be there for hunt start, but need to be present for final weigh in. Any team not there for final check in forfeits their chance of winning. This is also when we will weigh coyotes for side pots.
Tiebreaker is determined by total teams weight of harvested coyotes.
Late check in penalty is the loss of 1 coyote per every 5 minutes, over 15 minutes and disqualification will result. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
