Aqua Zumba Pop-Up Classes with Yushonda!

Join us for energetic and fun Aqua Zumba® Pop-Up classes with Yushonda! Aqua Zumba® is a water-based fitness class that combines Zumba® dance moves with the resistance of water. It is a fun and energetic way to get a workout while enjoying the benefits of water immersion! This class is suited for all fitness levels. Includes warm up, cool down and cardiovascular training in the shallow end of the lap pool.
Reservations ARE required, and will open on our YMCA Pulse app 30-days in advance. Spots are limited! If you reserve a spot and end up not being able to attend, please remove yourself from the roster to open that spot for others!
