This is a Magic: the Gathering Legacy event to qualify into the Beltway Cup in November. This event will be at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level, and if you do not have a Wizards account already, you must sign up for one before registering for this event.
Decklists will also be required for this event. You may email us your deck list, bring a list on the day of the event, or come early to fill out a deck list sheet we will have for you. Please allow ample time to complete the form if you choose that option.
