Galentine's Cookie Decorating Class (Beginner)

Grab your besties and join us for a Galentine’s themed cookie decorating class that’s all about celebrating friendship, fun, and a little frosting magic!

Join us at Caboose Commons—a community hub with a kitchen, brewery, and coffee bar on Galentine's Day, Friday, 2/13!

In this 90-minute beginner-friendly class, you’ll decorate 6 fabulous cookies with designs fit for a queen (or your favorite gal pal) including:

• Diamond
• Lips
• Tumbler Cup
• Strawberry
• Cupcake
• Rose

You’ll use one consistency royal icing in four fun colors—brown, white, green, and red—to learn:

• How to use time to create dimension
• Wet-on-wet techniques for stunning designs
• Layering icing for that perfect finish

What’s Included:

• 6 cookies, 4 bags of royal icing,
• All the tools you need like a scribe, parchment paper, and paper towel,
• A box to take your completed cookies home,
• Group presentation of introduction to decorating plus tips for each cookie design,
• Printed step-by-step picture instructions, tips, and hints for success (yours to keep!),
• Expert instruction in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

As a bonus you also get royal icing and sugar cookie recipes!

Caboose has two parking lots but sometimes they fill up fast. You can also park for free in the Market Garage across Eskridge Road.
