This week's teacher is Morrow Duszynski

Morrow's class is half vinyasa, half yin, a balance of strength and rest. It begins with intentional breathing and a warm-up and leads into a vinyasa flow. After a steady build-up of poses, several yin poses will deepen and let the movement soak in, grounding you for the rest of your weekend.

UAF Yoga Club is donation-based, so give what you can. If you can't donate, please still come and practice with us. Donations go to pay teachers and support yoga in the community. We have yoga mats and other props to borrow if you don’t have your own.
