Sound Bath

This sound bath is a tranquil experience that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being. During this 75-minute session, participants immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.



These harmonious tones resonate through the space, helping to cleanse the mind of negative energies and fostering a sense of peace. The gentle vibrations of the instruments work together to create a meditative atmosphere, allowing individuals to feel grounded and at ease, ready to embrace life's challenges with renewed calmness and clarity. Each experience will be different, but all will be transformative.


The only requirement is being in the present moment. Permit yourself to be supported by the Earth and truly relax.
