Form Clinic: Learn and practice the key movements we use in our workouts so you can move safely, effectively, and with confidence.
Goal Setting: Identify your personal fitness goals and outline a plan to achieve them during BRIK.
Measurements & Body Composition Testing: Get your starting numbers so you can track real progress.
What to Expect During BRIK: From class formats to nutrition support, community events, and accountability, you’ll know exactly how to get the most out of your experience.
Exercise Options: Find your perfect fit with our Balance, Strength, and Kaia levels.
Q&A: Ask anything—our owner and certified coaches will be there to help.
