Tim Ritter’s new collection of horror & suspense short stories and poems, “The Screamer Down the Hall and Other Tales” is set to release on Tuesday, October 7. Why that day? It just so happens that October 7, 1849, was the day Edgar Allan Poe left this earth. It’s also the date upon which the title poem, “The Screamer Down the Hall”, occurs.
So make plans to come to Bella Nina Candle Company on Main Street in Fair Grove for the official release party on October 7! Starting at 7:00pm, Tim will present a live reading of selections from the book. Just like previous evenings when Tim has presented history talks, plan to arrive around 6:30 and go first to Monroe Coffee Co for something to drink and a treat, then walk two doors down to Bella Nina and grab a seat. Bella Nina will be burning unscented candles that night for those of you with sensitive noses.
Tim will read several selections from the book, in what promises to be a spooky evening.
Printing schedules have been delayed, so unfortunately copies of the book will not be available that night. However Tim will continue to take advance orders for signed copies of the book.
Please note this will be a Mature Audiences event, due to subject matter (it’s horror after all) and some colorful language (no f-bombs though 🙄).
So make plans to come to Fair Grove on Tuesday evening, October 7, for a spooky and fun time!
