Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the concert. Submit requests via email to aoinfo@adelphiorchestra.org with the order number and reason.
Non-Refundable Tickets:
Tickets purchased within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Livestream tickets are non-refundable as access is provided immediately.
Event Cancellation:
If the concert is canceled or postponed, ticket holders may receive a full refund or exchange for a future event.
Ticket Exchanges:
Exchanges for another performance are available if requested 48 hours before the original event, subject to availability. Contact our box office for options.
Service Fees:
Service or processing fees are non-refundable.
