Cooking Class- Learn to Braise!

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to properly braise beef and make a salad and entree. Enjoy picky snacks while we cook, and enjoy dinner after all the practice!

Proper cuts to braise
How to make a stock
How to make a sauce
How to make scalloped potatoes
Anything and everything on your mind involving food and cooking!
