13 preselected classes, plus your choice of 2 additional classes.
Your investment includes a textbook, apron, notebook, printed recipes and instructions, over 40 hours of hands on instructional time in a professional working kitchen, 14+ meals, and the everlasting knowledge you will gain from this. And of course, all the food!

Class 1- Basic Knife Skills, 2 hours
Class 2- Egg Cookery, 2 hours
Class 3- Vegetables, 2 hours
Class 4, Salads, 3 hours
Class 5, Soup, 3 hours
Class 6, Pasta, 3 hours
Class 7, Rice & Grains, 3 hours
Class 8, Lentils & Beans, 3 hours
Class 9, Red Meat, 3 1/2 hours
Class 10, Chicken, 3 1/2 hours
Class 11, Seafood, 3 hours
Class 12, Baking, 4 hours
Class 13, Dessert, 3 hours
The plan is to have a meet & greet session once spots are claimed to discuss the schedule. Right now I have penciled in for Sunday afternoons- if participants want to pick a schedule together, we can do that! We are flexible and want this to work for everyone and are willing to bend to be sure everyone is happy.
Class financial investment is $1,550 if paid by plastic. A cash discount of $50 is happily given for paper options of cash, check or Venmo.
