Join us before the upcoming Solstice for an evening of guided mindfulness, gentle reflection, and intention-setting to honor the light within you. Through simple practices and shared presence, we’ll explore how to awaken your natural vitality, release what dims your spirit, and allow your authentic self to shine brightly to illuminate the darkness around us.

Whether you’re seeking to uplift your spirit, to reconnect with your inner wisdom, or just take a sacred pause in your week, this session is a gentle reminder: the light you seek has been within you all along.
