$50 p.p. Registration required due to limited space.

NOTE: This is a powerful breathwork session, so prepare to experience some deep work. If this is your first time doing breathwork or you are looking for more calming breathwork, you may want to consider the Breathwork for Inner Safety class or signing up for a private breathwork session with our facilitator Shannon Missimer.
