Join us for this 5.5 hour Special Edition: Rockies Forest Bathing Hike session.

Unplug and reset with a guided Rockies Forest Bathing hike on the scenic Rawson Lake Trail in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park. We'll meet at the trailhead.

This 8 km moderate hike (300 metre elevation gain) winds past mountain views leading to Rawson Lake—an emerald gem tucked beneath Mount Sarrail.

On our way to the lake Anne will guide you through mindfulness and sensory activities on the way to Rawson Lake to deepen connections to self nature and others.
