Root + Rise is a 4-week in-person program that blends the science of Polyvagal Theory, the wisdom of Ayurveda, and the tools of yoga therapy to help you shift from overwhelm to inner steadiness.
Each 90-minute session includes:
🧠 Educational insights into your nervous system
🧘♀️ Gentle yoga, somatic practices & breathwork
🖊 Guided self-inquiry & optional between-session practices
This program is taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and draws from the therapeutic roots of yoga—not performance-based classes. No experience is needed. This work is accessible, trauma-informed, and deeply restorative.
