✨ Community Yoga Class with Sami Surgent (FREE) ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Sami Surgent to the studio for a free community class! Sami is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified instructor whose journey began with curiosity and unfolded into a deep connection to presence and self-awareness. Her classes are open, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that yoga is a way to pause, come back to yourself, and feel more at home in your body.

Join us for a Vinyasa Flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Breath guides each movement as poses flow together in a way that’s supportive for both new and seasoned practitioners alike.
