⚔️ 2nd Hand Heroes Presents: Saturdays Magic Event ⚔️
We’re launching a 2nd weekly Magic: The Gathering – Commander (Tier 3) tournament at 2nd Hand Heroes! Bring your best deck, rack up points, and battle your way to the championship table.

🕓 Runs Weekly
$7.00 entry fee every week
Weekly prizes will be store credit based on amount of participants
(store credit can be used to buy packs or any other item in the store)
(Championship belt remains property of 2nd Hand Heroes but you will be allowed to take it with you were trying to have some fun guys)
🔥 Format & Rules:
Tier 3 Commander Ruleset
❌ No mass land denial
❌ No chaining extra turns
✅ Late-game (Turn 7+) two-card infinites or game-ending combos are allowed
Deck Restriction: Only 3 “Game Changers” (see provided list) are allowed per deck
🏆 Scoring System:
1 Point per player eliminated
1 Point for winning the pod
Example: If you win a 4-player pod and took out all 3 opponents, that’s 4 points total!
Champion’s Challenge:
The reigning champion from the prior week is guaranteed a seat at the final championship table each week.
The final table is always for the title, and a new champion could be crowned every week!
Defeat the champion in any pod during the night and you’ll also earn an extra 0.5 points!
👑 Long-Term Champion Rules:
Whoever is champion at the end of a 3-month cycle remains champion into the next cycle.
The only ways to lose the title is:
Being defeated at the final table.
Not being able to show up the following week, in which case the title is relinquished, (returned to store prior to event start time of the next week) and a new champion will be crowned.
At the end of each 3-month cycle, the Top 3 point earners face off against the champion in a special playoff match before points reset.
This is why the champ has to play every week. Should he lose the title, his point earning could help place him at the final table at the end of the 3 month cycle should he not be able to win it back at one of the weekly rounds
