Way of the Heart: Cacao & Dance is a sacred invitation to return to yourself to soften, to feel, and to remember who you truly are. Guided by the loving spirit of Mama Cacao, we journey beyond words into the realm of pure being, connecting soul to soul, heart to heart in a space of safety, authenticity, and deep reverence.

This is not a performance, nor a dance class.
It’s an inner exploration through movement, breath, and sound. An opportunity to meet yourself exactly as you are. To release what no longer serves, to expand what is ready to blossom, and to open to the healing and guidance that are waiting for you.

Each gathering is different, yet always filled with pure magic. When we come together in this way, the energy begins to weave through us - lifting, shifting, gifting us with insight, release, joy, and love.

You come for yourself… and you leave with so much more.

It is my deepest joy and calling to hold this space, a space where we can remember that healing happens when we show up as we are, with open hearts and willing spirits. Together, we weave presence, freedom, and love into every breath and every step.

How to prepare:

✔ Avoid eating heavy meals a few hours before cacao (a light snack is fine) to allow for easier absorption.

✔ Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

✔ Bring a water bottle and an open presence.

✔ A journal (optional) to reflect on your experience.

✔ An open heart and willingness to explore

How to Find Us:

We are in the GateHouse, the building next to the car park (free after 6 PM). We are on the first floor. Pass through the black gate, and the steps on the left will lead you to us.
