Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about pouring love outward.
It can be a pause. A remembering. A return to yourself.
Join Taylor and Kirstie on Friday, February 13th, 6-8pm, at Sol Studio for Art & Asana: A Self Love Celebration. An evening designed to reframe a traditionally romanticized holiday into a meaningful practice of self worth, presence, and inner connection.
We’ll begin with an all levels, heart centered yoga flow to soften the body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll be guided through a short meditation to help you settle inward and connect with your intention before transitioning into a therapeutic art meditation, connecting to our intuition and opening our hearts.
All art supplies are provided. Watercolor, oil pastels, colored pencils, and markers will be available for you to explore freely and creatively, choosing what feels most supportive in the moment. No art experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.
You’ll leave with a piece of art that serves as a tangible reminder of your self worth, created from a place of embodied awareness rather than performance.
