UPMC Bedford Walk-In Screening Mammograms

On Tuesday, Oct. 21, UPMC Bedford will hold walk-in screening mammograms from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On this date, women who are eligible through their insurance for a screening mammogram, and who do not already have an upcoming scheduled mammogram, can receive one without an appointment. Walk-in any time between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at UPMC Bedford to receive your mammogram. A doctor's order is not needed, but we do ask that you designate a doctor at the time of screening to receive and interpret your results. If you don't have a doctor, we can help you find one. If you have health insurance, it will be billed for this screening. Women without health insurance are welcome and encouraged to come for a screening - assistance may be provided to cover the cost.

No appointment is necessary.
