All are welcome from beginners to advanced. For beginners, there will be guidance and training assistance. We will cover various Calisthenics progressions as well as take your requests for what to train.
For advanced you will get to train alongside serious calisthenics pros. Either way you will be training in a unique facility, a gymnastics gym, giving you the ability to level up your strength and skills safely.
