Meet the Author at Everett Public Library

Meet former Herald reporter and Street Smarts columnist Melissa Slager for a special slideshow presentation about her historical novel "Contests of Strength." The novel offers an immersive view of Makah whaling culture and the Cascadia subduction zone earthquake and tsunami of January 1700. There will be time for Q&A, followed by book sales and signings.
