Howard was born in West Seattle, raised in Everett, and is a 1973 graduate of Everett High School. A passionate student of history and literature for over 50 years, he’s the author of several works including:

* Sawdust Empire (2016)
* The Pride of Monte Cristo (2019)
* Paper Highway (2020)

Crazy Rooster takes the stage from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM, bringing their signature energy and sound. Crazy Rooster is the alchemy of 3 longtime area bands: Gopher Broke, China Rose, and Bonfire. They will be doing a highly charged setlist of '60s Classics.
