This event is not a debate and not a political endorsement.Instead, it is an opportunity to:

• Explore the frameworks and real-world applications of socialist and cooperative economic systems worldwide and in the U.S.
• Discuss what these ideas mean for UFT retirees, in-service staff, and our students after decades of censorship in the public school system.
• Begin developing curriculum for K–16 and CUNY schools to prepare students for their futures.
