St. Edward's University Student Organization Involvement Fair - Spring 2026

This registration is for OUTSIDE VENDORS ONLY. All University Departments and Student Organizations should complete the Smartsheet form.

The St. Edward's Unviersity Involvement Fair invites a limited number of off campus vendors to participate in the Involvement Fair on Septemer 3, 2025. Below are some quick details to assist in determining if you would like to participate in the Involvement Fair with us this year.

Application: The Application to participate in the 2026 Student Organization Involvement Fair can be found at HERE. The application must be completed and the deposit must be paid prior to the Office of Student Involvement reviewing your application. Fee: $125 (Covers Application Fee, campus parking for one vehicle, one table, two chairs, and access to all attendees at the Involvement Fair)

Deposit: There is $25 non-refundable deposit to complete the application process to attend the Involvement Fair.

Cancellations:

• If St. Edward's University Cancels the event you will be fully refunded including the deposit.
• If your application is denied for tabling at the Involvement Fair, the Office of Student Involvement will refund all previously made payment minus the $25 non-refundable application fee.
• If you cancel your registration prior to January 5th at 12pm CST you may be eligible to a full refund minus the $25 non-refundable deposit
• If you are canceling your registration before January 9th at 12 PM CST, you may be eligable for up to $50 refund
• If you are canceling your registration at or after January 14th at 12:01PM CST, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind.
• Failure to show up at the Involvement Fair before 12PM CST on September 3rd without prior notification to the Office of Student Involvement may result in your table going to another group. No refunds will be issued for failure to show up on time or not attending the event.

Payment: There are options to pay for the deposit, the remaining balance, and the fee in its entirety on this site.
