The St. Edward's Unviersity Involvement Fair invites a limited number of off campus vendors to participate in the Involvement Fair on Septemer 3, 2025. Below are some quick details to assist in determining if you would like to participate in the Involvement Fair with us this year.
Application: The Application to participate in the 2026 Student Organization Involvement Fair can be found at HERE. The application must be completed and the deposit must be paid prior to the Office of Student Involvement reviewing your application. Fee: $125 (Covers Application Fee, campus parking for one vehicle, one table, two chairs, and access to all attendees at the Involvement Fair)
Deposit: There is $25 non-refundable deposit to complete the application process to attend the Involvement Fair.
Cancellations:
Payment: There are options to pay for the deposit, the remaining balance, and the fee in its entirety on this site. If you prefer to pay via check please reach out to Abbie at c2V1b3JncyB8IHN0ZWR3YXJkcyAhIGVkdQ==, but please note that the entire fee must be recieved by the Office of Student Involvement prior to August 28th at 5PM CST for participation in the Fall 2026 Involvement Fair.
