Sign on the Dotted Line: Power Dynamic Contracts

Entering into a power exchange is exciting, but also complex. Having a written agreement is an easy way to avoid misunderstandings, confusion and consent violations, but where do you begin? What are the pros and cons of having a contract? In this class we will discuss contract creation and negotiation. Whether you’ve written many contracts or are working on your first, this class will give you the tools to create the contract best suited for your dynamic.

Empress Jessica is Ms. Bulge Ambassador 2025 and the co-Head of Household for House Akanke. Since 2016, she has dedicated herself to service work, facilitating community gatherings, holding leadership roles in clubs, and providing formal mentorship within the Leather community. Jessica serves as a Teaching Assistant and student at the Amina Institute, an organization focused on empowering individuals through sacred sexuality and tantric practices. In addition to her teaching role, she is an Authentic Consent Instructor, guiding others in the principles of consent as an essential foundation for healthy relationships and community building.

As a Consent Counts Committee member for the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF), Jessica works to advance the rights and protections of people in alternative sexual lifestyles, promoting sexual freedom, safety, and inclusivity. As a Black, queer woman, Jessica’s dedication to social justice and service is central to her work. She strives to create spaces where education, healing, and liberation thrive, especially for marginalized communities. Jessica's leadership within House Akanke is driven by her commitment to empowering individuals and ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

KinkEd Atlanta is an education and event concept dedicated to serving the Atlanta Poly, Fetish, and BDSM Communities. Currently hosting three to four classes per month, KinkEd Atlanta strives to source skilled and experienced educators for classes, workshops, and intensives.
