One Day Sourdough Masterclass, fully catered

*FULLY BOOKED* My spring offering with the usual seasonal emphasis, lovely food to inspire as we have more light and the promise of spring food coming in. This is a one day course which equips participants to make fantastic sourdough at home. There is a focus on whole foods and gut health, good quality local food also and people are treated throughout the day to a wide variety of home made delicious food for brunch, lunch and afternoon tea as well as taking home full course notes, equipment and a dough to bake the next morning. Demonstration also given of other ways to use your basic dough and how to increase the diversity of your diet.
