After we receive a picture of your Strava Account, Cell Phone or Smart Watch to see you accomplished your PARC VIRTUAL RUN of 5km or 10km (Send pictures to ATIS Viber or Whatsapp account - 09701200500). Once we receive picture, we will ship your medal the next day. Make sure you registered shipping address is correct. We do not take responsibility for giving us a wrong shipping address.
Just a heads-up: Please keep in mind that we won’t be able to honor changes of mind. If you’re unable to attend the running event or don’t claim your medals or freebies, unfortunately, those items will be forfeited. We’re unable to offer product claims after the event is over. Also, please note that all payments are non-refundable.
